John Stahl- President and Chief Executive Officer:
John Stahl has 37 years experience in real estate sales, marketing and franchise development, starting as a member of the founding team of ERA Real Estate in Kansas City in 1972. He was a member of one of the top producing Re/Max teams in the State of Texas in the mid-1990s and founder of the Internet's first totally virtual real estate and mortgage company in 1996. Mr. Stahl was a previously the Broker/Owner of three national real estate franchises.
Mr. Stahl is responsible for strategic planning, and all facets of the company’s operations, including integration of the company’s blended asset disposition model, creation of Strategic Broker Alliances, supervision of asset valuation, sales/marketing coordination, and contract/closing functions.
Mr. Stahl's accreditations include: Texas Real Estate Broker's License; Georgia Real Estate Broker's License; Member of the National Association of Realtors; Texas Association of Realtors; Georgia Association of Realtors; Bachelor Degree from the University of Kansas.
Mariah Madray- Vice President of Operations:
Mariah Madray is responsible for developing and managing the administrative policies, systems and technology resources for Accelerated Real Estate Solutions, to assure the smooth and efficient operation of Accelerated Real Estate Solutions’s departments and partner companies. Ms. Madray assists the President & CEO of Accelerated Real Estate Solutions with oversight and management of the day-to-day program, personnel and financial affairs of the organization. Ms. Madray is a member of the CEO’s team and works directly with the CEO to ensure organizational development and growth according to the business plan. Ms. Madray supports the strategic growth of the organization to enable the CEO to focus on external support and fundraising, strategic relationships, and program development for the organization.
Ms. Madray's earned a bachelor degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. She has a strong background and understanding of Information Technology, system integration, management as well as business development. She has over 5 years experience concentrating on the Real Estate and Auction business.
Ms. Madray accreditations include: Georgia Real Estate License, e-PRO, Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate Candidate, Member of the National Association of Auctioneers, Bachelor Degree from the University of Georgia.
Matt Blevins- Vice President of Auction Administration:
Matt Blevins, Vice President of Auction Administration, has brought to Accelerated Real Estate Solutions, a background that includes over 15 years of auction experience as well as a background in sales, marketing and. During his tenure in the auction field, Matt has spearheaded the sales of single-family homes to major commercial buildings. Mr. Blevins has provided innovative service to customers and ground-breaking technological advances in real estate auctioning. During his auction career Mr. Blevins has conducted hundreds of charity auctions and raised over 2 million dollars for organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society for Children, Alzheimer’s Association. Mr. Blevins holds the prestigious Certified Auctioneer Institute, CAI designation as well as an active member of the National Auctioneer Association, NAA.
